Medical Insurance
If you have a private medical insurance policy, you maybe entitled to claim for full or partial costs of your treatment. Many Insurance companies accept British Acupuncture Council members to offer treatment for a various number of medical conditions. Please check your individual policy to see if you can claim your treatment costs.
Payment
Cash and Card payments accepted on day of treatment.
Cancellation
Life doesn’t always go to plan and something may come up which might mean you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. As we often have a waiting list please could you give us as much notice as possible. If you are unable to give 24 hours notice, we may have to charge for the treatment in full.
